What is ICMAL?
The International Conference on Modern Languages and Applied Linguistics (ICMAL) is a premier conference that is dedicated to advancing language education and applied linguistics. The conference is organised by Akademi Pengajian Bahasa (APB) of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). ICMAL 2026 marks the fourth iteration of this prestigious event, with the theme, “Modern Languages & Linguistic Diversity in the Digital Age: AI, Innovation, & Social Impact”.
ICMAL aims to promote innovative research, offer a knowledge-sharing platform, and showcase advancements in language and linguistic education.
